Return & Exchange Policy

Since it is an intimate product, there are NO RETURNS.

Returns will ONLY be made in case of defects. 

Pls make a video while opening the package and showing us the full video of the product and send it over to us on our Whatsapp number +91 95221 08129. You will be refunded the amount within 7-10 working days. Refunds will not be issued otherwise.

You can cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing the order by dropping us a mail on our email id / Whatsapp account with a screenshot of your order number. Post 24 hrs, we will not cancel the product.

We do not offer any size exchanges so please refer to our size chart before ordering.
