Since it is an intimate product, there are NO RETURNS.

Returns will ONLY be made in case of defects. 

Pls make a video while opening the package and showing us the full video of the product and send it over to us on our Whatsapp number +91 95221 08129 or on our email dilsamandarofficial@gmail.com.  You will be refunded the amount within 7-10 working days. Refunds will not be issued otherwise.

You can cancel the order within 24 hrs of placing the order by dropping us a mail on our email id / Whatsapp account with a screenshot of your order number. Post 24 hrs, we will not cancel the product.

We do not offer any size exchanges so please refer to our size chart before ordering.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
